Who we are
Sophi AI Inc. ("Sophi," "we," "us") is a Toronto-based company building AI-powered real estate analysis tools for Ontario investors. You can reach us at hello@sophiai.ca.
What we collect
When you submit the Founding 50 application form, we collect your first name, email address, company or brokerage name (if provided), investor type, and any property address you voluntarily include. We do not collect payment information at this stage.
When you visit our site, standard server logs may capture your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
How we use it
We use your information solely to review your application, contact you about your application status, and communicate about Sophi's product and early access program. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Storage
Application data is stored in Google Sheets via Google Apps Script, hosted on Google's infrastructure. Google's privacy policy applies to that storage layer. We retain your data for as long as your application is active or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@sophiai.ca. We will respond within 30 days. If you are an Ontario resident, you have rights under PIPEDA. If you are in the EU or UK, GDPR rights apply and you may lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.
Cookies
We use localStorage to remember your theme preference (dark/light mode). No tracking cookies are set.
Changes
If we materially change this policy, we will update the "last updated" date above and notify founding members by email.
